本服务为数字商品 / 数字服务，一经购买或开通即视为已交付，原则上不予退款。除适用法律另有强制性规定，或我们另行书面同意外，已支付的款项不予退还。下单前请确认你已了解所购方案的内容。
你可随时取消订阅；取消后当前计费周期内仍可继续使用，到期后不再续费。
你不得利用本服务从事违法、侵权、滥用或干扰服务正常运行的行为，包括但不限于自动化批量抓取、攻击、传播恶意内容等。
本服务聚合展示的图片来自第三方来源，其版权归各自权利人所有。你需自行确认并遵守相应图片的版权与授权要求，本服务不对图片的版权状态作任何担保，亦不对你使用该等图片产生的后果负责。
本服务按“现状”提供，不保证搜索结果的准确性、可用性或不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

Welcome to PicSeek (the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
PicSeek is an image-search aggregation tool that helps you search image results from third-party sources in one place. The images are provided by third parties; we do not own their copyrights.
You sign up and log in via a one-time email code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
The Service is a digital product / service. Once purchased or activated, it is deemed delivered and is non-refundable. Except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by us in writing, payments made are not refundable. Please review your chosen plan before purchase.
You may cancel anytime. After cancellation you retain access for the remainder of the current billing period, with no further renewal.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or disruptive activities, including automated scraping, attacks, or distribution of malicious content.
Images aggregated by the Service come from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for verifying and complying with the copyright and licensing terms of any image. We make no warranty as to the copyright status of images and are not liable for your use of them.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
