- 账户信息：你登录时提供的邮箱地址。我们采用邮箱验证码登录，不存储密码。
- 支付信息：付款由第三方支付服务商 Creem 处理。我们不会接触或存储你的银行卡号、CVV 等支付凭证；我们仅从 Creem 接收订单状态、订阅状态等信息用于开通会员。
- 使用数据：搜索关键词、访问日志、设备与浏览器信息等，用于运营与安全。
2. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供并维护登录、搜索、会员等核心功能；
- 处理订阅与付款、开通或回收会员权限；
- 保障安全、防范滥用、改进产品体验；
- 在你同意或法律允许的范围内发送服务相关通知。
3. 第三方服务
我们使用以下受信任的第三方服务，它们各自的隐私政策同样适用：
- Supabase：身份认证与数据库（存储你的邮箱与会员状态）；
- Creem：支付与订阅处理（作为记录商户 Merchant of Record）；
- Resend：发送登录验证码等邮件；
- Vercel：网站托管与日志。
4. Cookie 与本地存储
我们使用必要的 Cookie / 本地存储维持你的登录会话。禁用后可能无法正常登录。
5. 数据保留与删除
我们仅在为你提供服务及法律要求的期限内保留你的信息。你可随时申请删除账户及相关数据。

This policy explains how PicSeek (the “Service”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: the email address you provide to sign in. We use one-time email codes and do not store passwords.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party provider, Creem. We do not access or store your card number, CVV, or other payment credentials; we only receive order and subscription status from Creem to grant membership.
- Usage data: search terms, access logs, device and browser information, used for operations and security.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain core features (login, search, membership);
- To process subscriptions and payments, and grant or revoke access;
- To ensure security, prevent abuse, and improve the product;
- To send service-related notices where permitted.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following trusted third parties, whose own privacy policies also apply:
- Supabase — authentication and database (stores your email and membership status);
- Creem — payments and subscriptions (acting as Merchant of Record);
- Resend — delivery of login codes and emails;
- Vercel — hosting and logs.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies / local storage to keep you signed in. Disabling them may prevent login.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
